Sensei David Ginn started studying Isshin-Ryu Karate in 1982 at the Hombu Dojo located in Elkton, MD under Master Bud Ewing.
He earned his 3rd degree brown belt before leaving for college. Ginn graduated from Frostburg State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. He resumed his martial arts training with Master Sullivan at the Easton Dojo in 2006. He obtained his Sho – Dan (1st) black belt in June 2009 and You Dan (4th) in February 2021.
Ginn relies on the mental and spiritual benefits he has gained through karate in his everyday professional and personal life. Sensei Ginn is excited to share the Order of Isshin-Ryu karate system with students in his local community and can now be found teaching online classes.
