Sensei should provide as much detail as possible to ensure a smooth registration process. Additional details can be provided in the “additional notes” section of the form. Important details include: Is the event at a Dojo or local school? What is the address, date, and time of the event? What is the cost of the event for members and/or non-members? Are there any eligibility or equipment requirements?
